Let the light of your face shine upon us, O Lord. I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety...But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you. For surely, O Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as a shield. I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of your wonders. I will be glad and rejoice in you, I will sing praise to your name, O Most High...Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you...But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation...You, O Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light...Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long...You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing to you and not be silent...Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings... My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me...I wait for you, O Lord; you will answer, O Lord my God...I will give you thanks forever...
May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you.
Although I am still walking through the desert-I know He is with me and His hand is guiding me, even if it is faint...He is faithful. After all, He spent 40 days in the desert and He knows what it is like!! Restore my soul, O Lord and grant a new Spirit within me...
