Thank you SO much to all of you who sent words of encouragement and lifted up prayers on behalf for me and my family. It was a stressful weekend for several reasons, but the weather was decent, so everyone was safe and I am thankful for that! Please continue to be in prayer for my dad and his family-there is still a lot going on, and they are still in need of prayer.
On another subject...what does it say when this is my 5th year of Graduate school, I am 27, and yet I still get really excited on the first day of class?! ;) That may make me a nerd, but I am alright with that. I am taking History of Christianity 2 and a Preaching class (which I have to say I am really excited about!)
I was really planning on starting out ahead on my studies this semester, but since I was home for 4 days (which was great), when I came back I had to catch up a lot on my reading and of course-I have a very busy job! I am trying to get back into the swing of things for this semester, so that I can get into a good groove. Spring semester is typically better and easier than the fall semester, so I am looking forward to that! We had out first program last night, and had about half of the hall there and it was great! I love these girls-they are awesome! :)
I continue to be amazed by the community that I have continuously been surrounded by and blessed with throughout my life. It never ceases to amaze me, and I hope that each of you know how much you mean to me. Praise God for His faithfulness & blessings!!
I pray that He continues to bless all of you as you follow Him~
