The End of Adolescence

Sadly, I will only live in the stage we call adolescence for 14 more days (For those of you who are not aware-adolescence goes through the age of 25)...not that I have grown up yet, because I refuse to grow up!! ;) I owe that partly to the fact that I work with teenagers, and partly to the fact that I just like to have fun!! I definitely think that there is a difference between maturity and growing up (not that I have mastered the first)...but I want to stay a Toys 'R Us Kid!! :)

So, I am soliciting suggestions-what are some things I need to do before my adolescence officially ends? Any ideas?! Remember only 14 more days and the clock is ticking...so get your votes in now!

************************************************************************************

This will officially close at 11:59 on March 27th (the actual time and day I was born), which just also happens to be Easter and the day I can break Lent-bring on the chocolate cake, baby!!

I'm not sure what you should do BEFORE you turn 25, but I know the first thing you should do AFTER turning 25 is go rent a car and just drive around...BECAUSE YOU CAN!

Well Greg...that WOULD be a great idea...except for the fact that I will be 26!! ;)

I'd have to say that sky-diving is the way to go. There is no better way to celebrate the passing of you adolescence than to carelessly throw your life away at 10,000 feet.

OK, I'm still thinking, but you should do something fun that only kids do. Play capture the flag, laser tag (my personal favorite), shaving cream fight, have a food fight with roomies (I personally prefer nailing people with popcorn kernels in the face), wrap someone's house (I would DEFINITELY accompany you in that, my favorite pasttime in junior high), make a fort in your room with all of your blankets and turn out the lights but have flash lights handy and tell ghost stories, play truth or dare, prank call, play Mall Madness or Girl Talk, make a dance video, drive around Abilene at night time but naked, make friendship bracelets for a friend, cover a friend's doorway in cellophane then scream and watch them run out their door and straight into the cellophane, ummm...yeah ok, so that's all I've got. Hopefully I can come up with something better than that stuff, I'll post later if I have a moment of brilliance.
