I am sure that most of you have already heard about this, but for those who have not:
This morning, a gunman opened fire on the campus of Virginia Tech killing 33 people (at last count) and wounding many more. It is said to be the the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. It has really hit home today here that this could honestly happen ANYwhere including at ACU. The first shooting happened in a residence hall and apparantely at least one of those killed was an RA. I simply could not imagine if something like that happened here, but I know that the reality is that it could! I kept thinking all morning how I would respond if this were to happen in my hall...
Please be in prayer for all of those who are and will be affected by this tragedy.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. ~Romans 12:21

Katherine-
I have been so out of the loop with email! I will email you my new address soon. I don't have internet at my house right now, and I can't check it at school. I will get to it soon!
I think you hit the nail on the head with that last line. Romans 12:21. We seem to be so obsessed with every detail of the evil. I hate that. And I do pray for ALL of those affected, including his family. How horrible they must feel. I cannot imagine.
