In about 10 hours I will have an empty hall (except for my staff)!! This semester has just flown by-I cannot believe it is already time for graduation and people moving out. It is bittersweet-I am ready for a break because I am exhausted, but it has been an awesome semester and I have really had a blast lately (if it wasn't for that school part it would be even better!) ;) I have been incredibly blessed by these girls and am thankful God placed each one of them in McDonald. I pray that God continues to bless and guide them in all of their future endeavors as they walk with God and seek Him. I really am blessed to be able to do what I do (even despite the extreme exhaustion!)-it is pretty incredible to watch what God can do if we will step back and let Him move-I love it.
Please continue to be in prayer for the Brown family-the funeral for Kent is on Monday, so I am headed home tomorrow so I can attend the funeral. I was so worried that it would be on Saturday, and there is no way that I could have gone; so I am thankful I will be able to have a chance to go and be there for them. May the God of ALL comfort surround them with peace during this troublesome time~

I cannot believe that place is empty. You made it! And you did a great job. Take some time for yourself. A little tlc is good for you. You need it. Then come back strong and ready for another batch of girls!! Come lay by the pool sometime.
it was great to see you again, gee it feels like FOREVER!! I wish it had been under different circumstances. Drive on out here and lets have a fun day out somewhere!! :)
