Renewal

I am sitting in Abilene at my friend, Kelli's cabin by the lake, and watching a BEAUTIFUL winter storm that rolled in with big snow flakes-wow. It looks like a winter wonderland out there-I have taken some pictures, and I will try to post them later.

I also finally picked up a copy of The Shack by William P. Young, and am in the midst of it-and I have to say it is AMAZING. Please go check out the website, and grab a copy for you and then pass one on to a friend-it is an incredible glimpse into the love of God and how He can and does work through, and in the midst of our pain and suffering as we live in a broken world. Once you have read it, I would love to hear your thoughts and insights-I hope this book spreads like wildfire...

I have just enjoyed catching up with people that I have not seen since I left Abilene and re-connecting with people that I have seen, but have not had quality time with until this weekend-it has been a blessing. There are still a lot of people here that I love and miss dearly, and I hope that our friendship spans a lifetime. It has been a good time of renewal, and I am thankful!
