Yum...

I actually woke up this morning and had no clue what day it was! I had not set my alarm and was afraid I had missed something! ;) Everything was fine, though-isn't that such a strange feeling?



We had our cultural food night last night and it was SO incredible-these girls can really cook! I made a flourless chocolate cake (one of my RA's cannot have any flour) and it actually turned out pretty good! I also made some Hawaiian pizza and it was gobbled up, too! There was a HUGE plate of pad thai which is one of my favorite things and there is plenty of it left, so I will definitely be eating that for awhile. One of my RA's made a huge bowl of something called chocolate ecstasy...ok, anything with those 2 words in it has to be amazing...and it was! All of the other dishes were great and a good time was had by all.

I am headed home this afternoon to celebrate my birthday early with my family and see their new dog I have not seen yet! I am really looking forward to it. This has been a really awesome week, God is so good and His blessings are amazing! I pray that He continues to guide and bless you all~
